About Grateful Gatherings

More than 25 years ago, Br. David Steindl-Rast dreamed of small circles where people could come together to explore and practice living gratefully. His vision was simple yet profound: when we pause to notice, connect, and share, gratitude becomes a way of life—and a quiet antidote to the busyness and pressures of the world.

Each session offers a flow of conversation, reflection, and practice supported by rich material; readings, poetry, videos, and music - curated by Grateful Living.

Together, we explore themes that open us to life’s gifts: Discover Delight, Open to Mystery, Befriending Imperfection, Awaken to Awe and many more.

Rich dialogue in community becomes a meaningful touchstone where gratitude grows.
