Mindful Outdoor Experiences – Kripalu Tradition

Let Yourself Be Guided...

A person with short gray hair wearing sunglasses, a striped blue jacket, and black pants sitting on a large fallen tree trunk in a desert landscape with red sand, shrubs, and large rock formations under a partly cloudy sky.

“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. …There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature – the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.”

-Rachel Carson, Silent Spring
