As the Solstice invites us toward rest, restoration, and quiet nourishment, we’ll move gently through meadow and woodland edges, breathing in the crisp air, feeling the firmness of the earth beneath our feet, and tuning into the subtle aliveness that winter carries.
This 2-hour Kripalu-inspired mindful outdoor experience will weave together an orientation to place, grounding breathwork, simple warming movements, an unhurried Solstice walk, and a short pause for quiet reflection with the land. We’ll close with hot tea, warm company, and a candle lighting ceremony to welcome the returning light.
No meditation or hiking experience is necessary—just curiosity, warm layers, and a willingness to slow down and listen to the season.
