Give yourself the gift of time away from technology, “to do” lists and responsibilities and just be with nature. You will be guided on a Sunday morning Autumn saunter around the stunning meadow atop Holcombe Hill.
Following a welcoming and orientation to place, we will do a brief centering and gratitude exercise and some gentle movement to integrate and prepare joints for a saunter. We will occasionally pause for a sensory awareness exercise during our silent, walking meditation. Participants will be invited to find a place that may be calling to them to sit for a few minutes (sit spot immersion) to simple observe and/or journal. We will then reconvene where we started for a council gathering and forest tea.
Cues, poetry and invitations to will be offered to help participants remember that we are part of nature, not separate from it.
